Goality Bridal Boot Camp

The objective of Goality's Bridal Boot Camp is to get brides and their friends looking amazing for their big day. The first boot camp starts Tuesday, February 6th. The second session starts on Tuesday, March 6th.
Participants get a free nutrition plan, a free fitness assessment and most importantly they get motivation. Workouts are 45 minutes and include strength and cardio routines. All classes are led by certified personal trainers.

An example of the workout will consist of 10 minutes of step or BOSU work, followed by 15 minutes of strength training on arms, back, shoulders, followed by another 10 minutes of step, and finished with 10 minutes of abdominal work. The above routine will vary by time and with the exercises. We have chosen a shorter routine to help save time and the workouts can be more intense. This means a better calorie burn session and faster results.
Classes are held indoors at Goality Fitness Club on Tuesday/Thursday at 9am or 6pm and Saturday at 11am.
There are two packages. Package A ($128) is for 8 sessions and Package B ($198) is for 12 sessions. Each boot camp session last for 4 weeks. The first group to sign up in each session saves $25 per person. Goality accepts check, cash, or credit card.
Bonus gifts for signing up include a manicure certificate and a tanning certificate, and a Purfoods 10% discount certificate.
